MUSCLE BLUE BERRY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS 5 egg whites1 cup oatsHandful blue berries1 banana1 tsp peanut butter1 tsp vanilla extract400ml milk DIRECTIONS 1. In a large blender cup, combine all ingredients. 2. Add the milk and blend on high for 1 minute. 3. If too thick for your liking add more milk until desired thickness. TOTAL TIME: 5 MINUTES
