HEALTHY CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
400ml milk

 

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large blender cup, combine all ingredients.

2. Add the milk and blend on high for 1 minute.

3. If too thick for your liking add more milk until desired thickness.

 

TOTAL TIME: 5 MINUTES
