Reformer Bed
Quite happy with the bed itself, however, Northline was difficult to deal with. They took a long time to respond to my emails and they didn't notify me when they were delivering my order. Apart from dealing with the courier company, I am very happy with the bed and CostFits responsiveness. Thank you

Fabulous Reformer
Ihaveused a oilates reformer for several years, both in a studio and in my own home. This reformer is a great quality, and an attractive addition to my home. I have not yet accessed the exercise videos, as I have my own programs. Assembly: the reformer was much heavier than I expected. I would say that at least two people would be required to unbox and move the reformer into your house. The reformer in the assembly video was slightly different in design, but nothing that couldn’t be overcome. I am very happy with the item, overall. I look forward to years of use.
Excellent reformer
Have been using this reformer for a couple of months and it is great. It is very high quality and looks nice when set up. Customer service was very helpful when I had an issue with delivery and it was easy to set up. Only complaint would be that the jump board is a bit short if you are tall, but still works well.
