Have been using this reformer for a couple of months and it is great. It is very high quality and looks nice when set up. Customer service was very helpful when I had an issue with delivery and it was easy to set up. Only complaint would be that the jump board is a bit short if you are tall, but still works well.

I am extremely pleased with the reformer it was easy to put together and looks well made. The only problem I found was the jump board is not secure and wobbles when using it causing it to be noisy. The reformer itself runs smoothly. I was worried if the Couriers just left the Reformer at the front door how I was going to move it inside as it is quite heavy but they brought it inside, unpacked everything and took all of the packaging with them. I had done quite a bit of research before purchasing from this Company and am happy with my purchase.
