We offer shipping at exceptionally low rates! You can view your shipping rate at checkout under the shipping options tab, once you have entered your address.

PLEASE NOTE: The estimated delivery dates are based on the couriers we use. The ETA can change if there is a delay with couriers, item is lost in transit, mis-directed, damaged in transit, peak transport depot periods, vehicle breakdowns or any other unfortunate factors out of our control. If there is an ETA delay, we ask for your patience and understanding, please know our team is doing their best to rectify. Feel free to contact us for more information. We try to keep all customers informed and up to date, however if we have not been informed ourselves or miss something, we are happy to speak with you and assist. 

The estimated delivery dates, are an ETA from point of courier collection & are as follows:

Collections

If you have chosen to pickup from an available warehouse we will contact you via email or sms to let you know when your order is ready for pickup & scheduling an appointment time for collection.

Processing Your Order

Please allow 1-2  business days for us to pick, pack & dispatch your order. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched including your tracking details.

I'm ordering a lot of items. Do you wait to ship them all together or do you dispatch them as they become available?

We will dispatch your items immediately when they become available, so you may get several shipments from us. You only pay for shipping once and there are no additional charges.
