Foam rollers allow you to utilise the wonders of self-myofascial release to relieve muscle inflammation, tightness and soreness as well as assisting in stretching and range of motion. This can all be done without reducing muscle contraction performance or working up a sweat; it is therefore the perfect item to have around the home, before and after a workout.
How does it work? Apply your own body weight and downward pressure to target areas such as arms, legs, chest, back and buttocks. It is one of our favorites for quick soreness treatment.
