DESCRIPTION
The FID Adjustable benches are a classic piece of training equipment and is a staple for any home gym or fitness facility. Incredibly versatile, they can be used for an endless range of exercises and strength-based movements.
Often referred to as FID benches or utility benches, they typically incline (up to around 90 degrees) and often decline (hence the name FID or Flat, Incline Decline bench), offering the user more flexibility in their workout.
