Our resistance bands are on of the most effective uses of time, money and space we have found. With a variety of potential uses, 5 different resistance weights with accessories, all packing into a small, included drawstring bag. You really can't go wrong.
Get a full-body home, park or gym workout and make use of the generous offering of attachments in the set (these include a door stop, ankle bands and spare clips).
